  • What is coaching?
    Coaching is goal-oriented, future-focused and growth-oriented. It empowers clients to become self-reliant. Through regular sessions, coaching provides a structure for setting agendas, creating action plans and accountability mechanisms. Executive coaching places an emphasis on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, decision-making, strategic thinking, conflict resolution, team building, and communication. The approach is personalized as the coach holds a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for the client to explore potential and challenges.
  • What should I expect from a Consultation Call?
    A Consultation call is an opportunity for the coach and the client to know more about each other and establish whether or not they are a good fit before deciding to commit to a collaboration. A typical call could unfold as follows: Introductory remarks, set expectations, build rapport Identify main goal and previous experience with coaching Mini coaching session Get feedback from client Discuss next steps
  • What does a coaching engagement look like?
    Over several months, the engagement focuses on the whole person, not just the professional side. It begins with a Discovery Phase, where an initial connection is established, emphasizing trust and a safe space for exploration. This phase includes understanding the client’s life, values, motivations and employing self-discovery assessments. This leads to crafting a clear vision of the client’s future self. The next stage involves Goal Setting and Planning in alignment with the client’s values and life vision with a particular attention on balance in different life areas. During the Implementation Phase, coaching sessions deepen the client’s learning and adjust actions with monitoring and feedback. The engagement concludes with a Closure, celebrating achievements and transformations in both personal and professional spheres. Future planning encourages ongoing self-coaching and reflection, ensuring sustained growth.
